Once your order has been placed, It takes up to 48hrs to be fulfilled. If your order cant be fulfilled in that timeframe, you will be notified of any delays via text or email. If your order contains custom/personalized items, it can take up to 8 weeks for fulfillment. After fulfillment, you will receive tracking info via email and your items will be shipped. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.
